I ordered a couple of large jugs for a BBQ. One arrived broken. I reported this to Rinkit who quickly sent me a replacement one in time for my BBQ. Excellent customer service.

Placed an order 26 June 2022, e-mail stated free standard delivery 3-5 working days.

By 11 July 2022, I had e-mailed company twice, with no response. I think I was a little too impatient, I received a phone call yesterday 12 July, explaining that a mix up had occurred, and my order would be sent out as a priority and I would receive it the following day.

Received today and extremely pleased with it. There is some very lovely items.
